We all hope you're having a SUPER FUN time and enjoying this relaxing time. It's cold here...so be thankful you're warm on the beach.

Jack has been such a good boy while you're away...but I think he misses you both. He keeps trying to get in a suitcase, but I told him you already left...and it's a good thing he wasn't a stowaway since they lost your luggage!!!

Anyway, we hope you have fun and be safe. We all miss you and love you and can't wait to see you soon. Hugs and kisses! (24~15, pc)

Future Cardinal...

Jack has been warming up his throwing arm, and with the help of his trainer (Daddy), he'll be ready to go for Spring Training 2027! Here he is showing off his skills...notice the "two-armed throw". Look out Pujols...Greffet's gunning for your job!

Here we have little Jack giving kisses! He'll kiss anyone/anything he can...and we think that his experience with dogs has taught him to kiss with his tongue hanging out! We're trying to rid his of that habit, but for now, it's just so darn cute (albeit slobbery)!

Video crazy

So in making up for lost time, I've added some videos of Mr. Jack...'cause we're just crazy about this little man!

This first one was taken at dinner the other night: Jack is learning to play "Peek-a-boo" and towards the end he's showing off how Aunt Carey taught him to do "earmuffs"! He'll need to know that with her mouth!

The next one is our little daredevil: he loves his trucks...BUT he's learning that he can climb on top of the trucks. Enjoy this clip and notice what a tough little man he is—falling down and getting right back up!

Our final video today is Jack showing off how he can find his toes! So maybe he can't put the socks on...but he knows where they go!

Our first home...

So Jim and I are getting very close to owning our very first house! We are so excited, and through the whole process of house hunting and paperwork, we have just fallen in love with Dandridge Drive!

Jim's co-worker, Armin, has rehabbed the house with his father and uncle, and it is just beautiful inside. It's definitely a "blank palette" so our decorating skills will be put to the test, but luckily we have Mom and Carey with great taste and we've already contracted their decorating talents...and "B.M." aka, "Big Mark" for various handywork! Thanks (in advance) family!

We are set to close on this bad boy on February 27th...and at this point, everything seems surreal. Here are a few pictures of the house:
