So Jim and I are getting very close to owning our very first house! We are so excited, and through the whole process of house hunting and paperwork, we have just fallen in love with Dandridge Drive!
Jim's co-worker, Armin, has rehabbed the house with his father and uncle, and it is just beautiful inside. It's definitely a "blank palette" so our decorating skills will be put to the test, but luckily we have Mom and Carey with great taste and we've already contracted their decorating talents...and "B.M." aka, "Big Mark" for various handywork! Thanks (in advance) family!
We are set to close on this bad boy on February 27th...and at this point, everything seems surreal. Here are a few pictures of the house:
