And I love it...she chooses clashing colors and draws lightly, but I see artistry in her future, which would be wonderful since I have zero artistic bones in my body and always wished I did. Jack will color, but it's never his first, second, or even third choice as a fun activity...so seeing Lila take an interest in something other than cars and superheros is fun...

She went through the entire day with purple and green marker on her neck, and turns out, it wasn't as "washable" as I'd hoped...but it's fading....

We'll stick to crayons for now, and she understands the phrase, " give that to mama," and listens...knock on wood...My little artist...
